Trade Show Displays · Tampa Bay

Trade show and event displays that survive the load-in.

Booth graphics get built twice: once in the file and once on a concrete floor at 7am by someone who did not design them. We plan the whole footprint. Graphics, hardware, cases and setup order, so the build is boring.

Comparison

Which trade show backdrop is right for you?

If you exhibit a few times a year, stands are fine. If you exhibit regularly, a fabric wall pays back quickly.

Questions we get

Trade Show Displays FAQs.

What do I actually need for a 10x10 trade show booth?

A practical baseline is a backdrop, retractable banner stand or SEG fabric wall, a printed table cover, and a literature or giveaway plan. Add a counter and lighting if budget allows. The most common mistake is over-buying hardware and under-planning what happens when someone stops.

What is an SEG fabric display?

SEG stands for silicone edge graphic: a dye-sublimated fabric panel with a thin silicone strip sewn into the edge that tucks into an aluminum frame channel. The result is a seamless, wrinkle-free wall that packs small, launders and reprints cheaply for a new frame.

Should I choose a retractable banner stand or a fabric wall?

Retractable stands are cheaper, faster to set up and easy for one person. Fabric SEG walls look considerably more finished, cover more width and reprint affordably. If you exhibit a few times a year, stands are fine; if you exhibit regularly, a fabric wall pays back quickly.

How early should trade show graphics be ordered?

Four to six weeks before load-in, longer for custom fabric systems or anything needing crating. Convention deadlines are unforgiving and rush production on display hardware is limited, so booking early is the cheapest risk management available.

Can existing display hardware be reused with new graphics?

Usually yes, and it is the most cost-effective way to refresh a booth. We need the exact hardware make, model and graphic dimensions, since tolerances are tight and a fabric panel cut for a different frame will not tension correctly.
