Home/Print & Signage/Brochures & Collateral
Brochures & Collateral · Tampa BayBrochures, flyers and the collateral your sales process actually needs.
Most collateral fails because it was designed to fill a rack, not to answer a question. We write and design the piece around the decision your reader is trying to make, then handle the brochure printing and produce it on stock that matches the setting it lives in.

Brochures & Collateral FAQs.
What is the difference between a flyer, a brochure and a rack card?
A flyer is a single flat sheet, usually for one message or event. A brochure is folded with multiple panels for more information. A rack card is a narrow flat card sized to fit display racks, typically 4x9 inches. Distribution setting usually decides which you need.
Which brochure fold should I use?
Tri-fold is the default and mails cleanly in a standard envelope. Half-fold gives you larger panels for imagery. Gate and roll folds create a reveal for premium pieces. Choose based on how much content you have and whether it needs to fit an envelope or a rack.
Should collateral be coated or uncoated?
Coated stock gives sharper images and richer color, which suits photography-heavy pieces. Uncoated feels more tactile and takes pen, which matters for forms and anything someone writes on. Uncoated also reads as more understated, which some professional audiences prefer.
How much text should a brochure have?
Less than most first drafts. A brochure supports a conversation rather than replacing it, one clear idea per panel, with the detail available elsewhere. Dense brochures get set down; the goal is being kept, not being comprehensive.
Do I need different collateral for different audiences?
Usually yes, and it is cheaper than it sounds. A referral-source piece and a direct-customer piece make different arguments, and short digital runs make audience-specific versions affordable at low quantities. One generic piece serving three audiences typically persuades none of them.
