Labels & Stickers · Tampa Bay

Roll labels and stickers on the material your product actually needs.

In label printing, the material is a product decision, not a print decision. A cold brew bottle, a warehouse bin and a boutique candle need three different stocks and three different adhesives. We spec for the surface, the environment and your applicator.

Questions we get

Labels & Stickers FAQs.

What is the difference between BOPP and paper labels?

BOPP is a polypropylene film. Waterproof, oil-resistant and durable, which is why it is standard for food, beverage and cosmetic products. Paper labels like semigloss cost less and print beautifully but degrade with moisture. If the product will ever be refrigerated, wet or handled with damp hands, use BOPP.

Should I choose roll labels or cut sheet stickers?

Roll labels if you are applying at any volume, by hand or machine, because they feed in sequence and are far faster. Cut stickers suit giveaways, packaging inserts and low-volume application. For a production line, roll is the only practical answer.

What roll specifications do you need from me?

Core diameter, outside diameter maximum, labels per roll, wind direction and whether the applicator needs a specific gap. Getting wind direction wrong is the most common and most expensive label mistake, because the labels are usable but will not feed correctly.

Are clear labels really clear?

Clear BOPP is genuinely transparent, but standard four-color printing cannot produce white, so any light-colored artwork will let the container show through. If you need white type or a solid light area on clear film, it requires a white ink underlayer. Tell us up front.

Will labels survive refrigeration or freezing?

BOPP with the appropriate adhesive handles refrigeration and freezer conditions, but adhesive selection matters: standard permanent adhesive can fail if applied to an already-cold or damp surface. Tell us the application temperature and storage conditions and we will spec accordingly.
