Sales Enablement · Tampa Bay

The materials your team actually uses in the room.

Most sales collateral is made once, used twice and quietly replaced by whatever the rep built themselves the night before. We make the version the team reaches for, which usually means fewer pieces, built around the objections that actually come up.

Questions we get

Sales Enablement FAQs.

What sales collateral does a B2B firm actually need?

Fewer pieces than most firms produce. A capabilities deck, one-pagers for each core service, two or three case studies, and a proposal template covers the majority of situations. Volume is not the problem; findability and accuracy usually are.

What is a capability statement and who needs one?

A one-page summary of what your firm does, its differentiators, past performance and identifying details like codes and certifications. It is effectively mandatory in government contracting, where buyers expect the format and will ask for it by name.

Why does our sales team ignore the collateral we made?

Usually because it was built for marketing's view of the pitch rather than the conversation reps actually have. We interview the people selling before designing anything, and the objections they hear most become the structure of the material.

Can you write case studies if we cannot name the client?

Yes, and it is common in regulated and competitive industries. Anonymised case studies focus on the situation, the approach and the outcome without identifying details. Done well they are nearly as persuasive, and they can be published without a permissions conversation.

How often should sales collateral be refreshed?

Review at least annually, and immediately whenever your services, pricing structure or positioning change. Outdated collateral in a sales conversation is worse than none, because a buyer who spots one stale detail starts doubting the rest.
