Marketing Automation & CRM · Tampa BayEvery lead touch, handled the same way every time.
Generating more leads is worthless if half of them are never followed up. We have built the infrastructure where every lead touchpoint runs through one system: nurture, email, SMS, routing and escalation. We also led the CRM selection and implementation that made it possible.
The actual scope.
CRM selection and implementation
- Requirements definition before vendor conversations
- Vendor research and demos, HubSpot most often
- Implementation and configuration
- Data migration from existing systems
- Team training and adoption
Automation
- Nurture sequences by lead source and stage
- Email automation
- SMS and text follow-up
- Lead routing and assignment rules
- Lead scoring and qualification
Lifecycle and accountability
- Speed-to-lead workflows
- Follow-up accountability so nothing is dropped
- Re-engagement for lapsed leads
- Handoff rules between marketing and sales
Reporting
- Source attribution end to end
- Funnel-stage reporting
- Conversion rate by source and by rep
- Reporting your team will actually open
Where this pays off.
High lead volume
Operations where manual follow-up has stopped being possible.
Long or continuous cycles
Continuous intake, or B2B cycles measured in months, where nurture does the work.
Sales and marketing friction
Where nobody agrees which leads were followed up or where they came from.
Marketing Automation & CRM FAQs.
What does marketing automation actually do?
It makes every lead receive the same considered follow-up regardless of who is busy that day. Sequences fire on the lead's behavior and source rather than on someone remembering. The gain is usually not sophistication, it is consistency. Most organizations lose more to inconsistent follow-up than to weak messaging.
Do we need a CRM, or is our email tool enough?
An email tool is enough while one person can hold every relationship in their head. Once lead volume outgrows that, or once more than one person handles follow-up, you need shared records, routing and accountability. The signal is usually people asking who called this lead back.
How long does a CRM implementation take?
Requirements and vendor selection typically take several weeks, and implementation depends heavily on how clean your existing data is and how many processes have to be rebuilt. The slow part is almost never the software. It is agreeing internally how the process should actually work.
What happens to our data if we switch systems later?
It goes with you, and we set it up that way deliberately. We document the configuration, keep exports available, and avoid architectures that make leaving expensive. A system you cannot leave is a system you will eventually resent.
Should we fix lead volume or lead follow-up first?
Follow-up, almost always. Doubling lead volume into a process that drops half of them just doubles the waste, and it is the more expensive of the two problems to fix. Getting follow-up right first also tells you which sources are genuinely worth scaling.
