Event Lead Capture · Tampa Bay

Know what the show actually produced.

Most exhibitors spend heavily on a booth and then collect leads on paper cards that sit in a bag until someone gets round to them. We have replaced exactly that with a tracked system, and the difference is not just tidier data, it is knowing for the first time whether the show was worth attending.

Questions we get

Event Lead Capture FAQs.

What is wrong with paper lead cards?

Three things. Handwriting gets misread, the cards sit untouched for days while interest cools, and nobody is accountable for whether a specific lead was ever called. The deeper problem is that you finish the year unable to say which shows were worth the money.

How quickly should trade show leads be followed up?

Within a day or two, while the conversation is still recallable to both sides. A follow-up two weeks later is effectively a cold email to someone who has since spoken to your competitors. Automating the first touch is the single highest-return change most exhibitors can make.

How do you measure whether a trade show was worth attending?

Leads captured, cost per lead including booth, travel and staff time, and then pipeline traced back to the event. Once you have two or three shows measured the same way, the calendar decision stops being about which show feels important and becomes a straightforward comparison.

Can event leads be tied to closed business?

Yes, if the lead source is preserved from capture through to the CRM and nobody overwrites it later. That is largely a discipline problem rather than a technology one, which is why we set the routing and field rules up before the show rather than after.

Do you handle the booth as well as the capture?

Yes, booth and display design, graphics and the pre and post-show campaigns. It works better together, because a booth designed without thinking about how leads get captured tends to create a queue exactly where the conversation should be happening.
