Paid & Demand Gen · Tampa Bay

Pipeline you can switch on, next to pipeline you have to earn.

SEO and content compound, but they take months. Paid and outbound produce conversations this quarter and stop the day you stop paying. Most B2B firms need both, sequenced deliberately so the slow channels are building while the fast ones carry the number.

How we approach it

What makes this work.

1

Paid buys time, not a strategy

Ads work fastest when there is something worth clicking through to. We would rather fix the landing page and the offer first than spend three months of budget learning that lesson.

2

Built for long B2B cycles

A GovCon or health system buyer does not convert from one ad. We plan for a sequence of touches across months, not a single-session conversion, and we measure accordingly.

3

One number per campaign

Every campaign we run has a single success metric agreed before launch. Campaigns with four goals produce four mediocre outcomes and an unwinnable reporting conversation.

4

We will tell you to stop

If a channel is not working after a fair test, we say so and recommend moving the budget. Agencies that never recommend spending less are not optimizing for your outcome.

Where we work

Paid & Demand Gen across Tampa Bay.

We are based in St. Petersburg and work throughout the region. Local markets differ more than most agencies admit, so we build strategy per market rather than per template.

Common questions

Paid & Demand Gen questions.

What is demand generation and how is it different from lead generation?

Lead generation captures people already looking for what you sell. Demand generation creates awareness among people who do not yet know they have the problem. In long B2B cycles you need both. Demand gen fills the top over months, lead gen converts the people who are ready now.

Should a B2B professional services firm advertise on LinkedIn or Google?

Google captures people actively searching, so intent is higher and cost per click is usually lower. LinkedIn lets you target by job title, company and industry, which matters when your buyer is a narrow role like a contracting officer or a revenue cycle director. Most of our B2B clients run LinkedIn for targeting and Google for intent capture.

Why is LinkedIn advertising so expensive?

Because you are paying for precision. LinkedIn clicks typically cost several times a Google search click, which only makes sense when a single client is worth a great deal and the audience is a narrow professional role. For a high-value B2B engagement the maths usually works; for a low-value transaction it does not.

How much budget do I need to test a paid channel properly?

Enough to reach statistical signal before you judge it, which usually means committing to a defined test window rather than a small trickle over a long period. Underfunded tests produce ambiguous data and get killed for the wrong reasons. We will tell you honestly if a budget is too small to learn anything.

How long before paid advertising produces results?

Traffic is immediate; useful data takes 4 to 6 weeks; a genuinely optimized campaign takes 2 to 3 months. In long B2B cycles the first closed deal attributable to paid may be two or three quarters out, which is why we track pipeline stages rather than only closed revenue.

Should we run ads before our website and SEO are sorted?

Usually not. Paid traffic landing on a weak page converts poorly, so you are paying to discover a problem you could have fixed first. The exception is a genuinely urgent need for pipeline, where we will run paid to dedicated landing pages while the broader work happens in parallel.

Do you require a long-term contract for paid media?

Ongoing management is typically a 3-month minimum, because anything shorter does not give a campaign time to exit the learning phase and produces data nobody should act on. After that it is month to month.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do. We work inside your ad accounts rather than a shared agency account, so the campaign history, audience data and conversion tracking stay with you if we stop working together. Agencies that keep clients on their own ad accounts are creating a switching cost, not a service.
