Email & Campaigns · Tampa Bay

The channel you own, used like you own it.

Email is the only audience you actually control, no algorithm between you and the inbox. Most businesses treat email marketing as an announcement channel and wonder why engagement decays. In long B2B sales cycles, email's real job is staying useful to someone who will not be ready to buy for another eight months.

Questions we get

Email & Campaigns FAQs.

How often should we send marketing emails?

Match the cadence to how often you have something genuinely useful to say, for most B2B professional services that is every two to four weeks. Sending more often than you have substance for is the fastest route to unsubscribes; sending less often than quarterly means recipients forget who you are.

What is a good email open rate?

Benchmarks vary widely by industry and list quality, and Apple Mail Privacy Protection has made open rates substantially less reliable since 2021 by inflating them. Click-through rate, reply rate and unsubscribe rate are now much better health indicators than opens.

Should we buy an email list?

No. Purchased lists produce poor engagement, generate spam complaints that damage your sending reputation for legitimate mail, and depending on the recipients and jurisdiction can create legal exposure. A small list that opted in outperforms a large one that did not.

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC and do we need them?

They are DNS records that authenticate your email as genuinely from you. Without them, major providers increasingly send your mail to spam or reject it outright, Google and Yahoo tightened requirements for bulk senders in 2024. They are table stakes now, not optimization.

Do you work in Mailchimp or HubSpot?

Yes, both, most weeks. Mailchimp fits most small and mid-sized businesses; HubSpot makes sense once sales needs the CRM side. If you are already set up in one, we work in your account rather than forcing a migration, and we will tell you plainly if you have outgrown it.

How do we grow an email list without buying one?

Give people a reason to trade an address: a genuinely useful resource, a newsletter with real substance, event registration, or tool access. Then make signup easy and honest about what you will send. Slow honest growth compounds; purchased volume decays.
